What are your prints made on?
All fine art prints are produced on 100% museum-grade 310gsm etching rag, ultra matte paper, designed to bring out vibrant colour and beautiful detail and longevity.

We use archival Epson inks to ensure lasting colour quality and vibrance.

All art postcards are printed on thick, premium 400gsm smooth satin matte artboard with soft matte back that you can easily write on.

Are your prints archival quality?
Yes, our materials are carefully chosen for their longevity. With proper care, your print will retain its colour and detail for years to come.

Do you offer framing?
Yes, you can choose to have your print unframed or professionally framed.

What frame options are available?
Frames are available in light coastal wood, classic white, or black. Each frame is made from sustainably sourced solid timber and designed to complement a range of interiors.

Where are your frames made?
All frames are handmade in Australia with care and attention to detail.

Will my framed print be ready to hang?
Yes, framed pieces arrive with D-ring hardware already installed, so they’re ready to hang as soon as they arrive.

What sizes do you offer?
A range of sizes is available, including larger formats designed to create a soft, statement piece on your wall.

Do colours look exactly the same in person?
We do our best to ensure colours are true to life, but slight variations may occur depending on your screen settings.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Australia and select international locations.

How long will my order take?
Each piece is made to order, so please allow a few days for production, plus shipping time. You’ll receive tracking details once your order is on its way.

How are prints packaged?
All prints are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Unframed prints are protected in rigid packaging, and framed pieces are securely boxed.

Can I send this as a gift?
Yes, our prints make beautiful, thoughtful gifts. If you’d like to include a note, feel free to get in touch after placing your order.

Do you accept returns?
As each piece is made to order, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind.

What if my order arrives damaged?
